Ok so I haven't posted in a while but thought I might give up some information about the happenings at our place so that you don't think that we fell off the face of the earth. Nick is still in school plugging away and we both still work at crossfit and love it. My business is doing well. We had such a great time in St George with all the Ballstaedt family. Its was Rock's 30th year running so most his family and our family and some of Noels family were there. It was so much fun to get to know all the cousins better. Also I am so proud of my sister in law Hillary she qualified for Boston with time to spare. She is amazing. Great job!
Nick and I came close again (for the second year in a row) but was just shy of a qualifying time and really all this means is that before next years marathon we actually have to go out and run more than 3.2 miles in a shot. We did well considering we didn't train and it rained during practically the whole 26.2 miles but there is always room for improvement not only in our physical goals but in other areas of our lives as well.
