Ragnar Relay Race Happy Anniversary!

Ragnar was a 9th century Norse King. He was a pirate, a raider, a conqueror, an explorer, and a wild man. The tough, fearless, rugged attributes of this Norse King are shared by all who participate in a Ragnar Relay. In much the same way, a Ragnar Relay provides runners the freedom to roam, to explore - a free-spirited curiosity to get out there and experience outdoor adventure. And maybe even to conquer. And though tough or rugged may not perfectly describe you, these attributes become a goal - something to strive for.

2 years later

I never really think that my life is so exciting to actually write on paper but I do have to say that we have plenty going on as usual. Nick and I just had a birthday and for those of you who dont know we have the same birthday and we both turned the big 25. Nicholas is plugging away in shcool working as hard as ever taking his last few classes before he transfers to the University of Utah where he has been accepted into the accounting department. I admire his tenacity as it would be hard for me to focus with everything else that is going on. Koda is as big as Cooper now and she sleeps with her tounge half hanging out. One day she will grow into it. Both Nick and I are heading to California to compete in something called the crossfit games. It is sort of like the olympics of crossfit. http://www.aboutfacefit.com/ if you want to check it out. The owners of crossfit have also asked Nicholas and I to become certified to teach and personal traing and we are so delighted. Nicholas is a natural when it comes to lifting and exercising. Me on the other hand; needs a bit more coaching. We are so excited that Heather and Jo are expecting # two baby girl in October and can't wait to be able to go out in November for the baby blessing. We are getting ready to run the Ragnar Wasatch Back relay race on June 20-21st; the 21st being our annaversary. Then it will be full blown training for the St. George Marathon again in October. I think we have some sort of something planned for each month until the end of the year. It sure is nice to be busy though. I think that we need that. We still teach the Sunbeams every week and have actually grown to love it. We do miss out though on relief society and preisthood since we have not been since the beginning of the year. Thank you to all our family for being so much fun and so great. We love you all so much.

Music To Make You Happy :)
